The Patchogue Sketch Club was created for the purpose of getting people together to discover the value of sketching. Sketching itself is its own art form, sketching helps artists "see" better and enhances drawing skills. Sketching is also a fun way of recording the world around us much more intimately than a camera. The Patchogue Sketch Club Outings are open to everyone and there is no fee, unless the venue where we are sketching charges a fee for admission.

Wednesday night is canceled and being rescheduled
The SBAA meeting is being canceled due to the bad weather and expected extreme temps tomorrow evening. I encourage you to sketch the snow from the safety of your homes tomorrow, day jobs permitting, LOL and post them up on Facebook. The Solarplate eitching demo is being rescheduled for next month. Sketch Night is canceled for tomorrow evening, stay home and be warm.
There is snow in the forecast again for Saturday which is the date of the Sketch Crawl....I guess we will be watching the forecast for Saturday.
