The Patchogue Sketch Club was created for the purpose of getting people together to discover the value of sketching. Sketching itself is its own art form, sketching helps artists "see" better and enhances drawing skills. Sketching is also a fun way of recording the world around us much more intimately than a camera. The Patchogue Sketch Club Outings are open to everyone and there is no fee, unless the venue where we are sketching charges a fee for admission.

This Wednesday at 6PM, October 5th
This week we are going to celebrate the spirit of All Hallow's Eve a little early and sketch at the Patchogue Cemetery, located on the corner of West Main street and Waverly Ave. You should be able to park out front by the gate. Even though it's supposed to be 70 tomorrow, dress warm for the evening sketch.
