Patchogue Sketch Club

The Patchogue Sketch Club was created for the purpose of getting people together to discover the value of sketching. Sketching itself is its own art form, sketching helps artists "see" better and enhances drawing skills. Sketching is also a fun way of recording the world around us much more intimately than a camera. The Patchogue Sketch Club Outings are open to everyone and there is no fee, unless the venue where we are sketching charges a fee for admission.

Patchogue Sketch Club SBAA Memorial Day Member Show winners

Many of us have memberships in other organizations....this Memorial Day Weekend, some Patchogue Sketch Club members not only participated in the South Bay Artist Association's Memorial Day Member Show, but some of us walked away with awards as well:
