The Patchogue Sketch Club was created for the purpose of getting people together to discover the value of sketching. Sketching itself is its own art form, sketching helps artists "see" better and enhances drawing skills. Sketching is also a fun way of recording the world around us much more intimately than a camera.
The Patchogue Sketch Club Outings are open to everyone and there is no fee, unless the venue where we are sketching charges a fee for admission.

This Wednesday at 6PM
We've been given permission to sketch at the Wertheim Refuge in Shirley.
The gates will be open until 6:30 PM so PLEASE get there before the gates are closed. They are automatic for when we leave, but they won't open if you are late and get there after 6:30.
