Here are some books I have read that are useful to either learn how to sketch or journal, or just enjoy the art of another sketcher, something to curl up in a chair with a cup of java or tea on a cold winter evening....

The Decorated Journal by Gwen Diehn, published by Lark Books (Gwen writes a lot of how-to books on how to MAKE sketchbooks/journals)

I am currently reading Dreaming from the Journal Page by Melanie Testa and I LOVE the sections on how to make your own stamps!
