This Wednesday, South Bay Art Assoc will have their monthly meeting and the guest artist will be George Wybenga, who, just in time for the holidays, will be demonstrating the art of gift box making and creative mat cutting. It's free and open to everyone, November 17th at the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, at 7:15PM.
The Patchogue Sketch Club was created for the purpose of getting people together to discover the value of sketching. Sketching itself is its own art form, sketching helps artists "see" better and enhances drawing skills. Sketching is also a fun way of recording the world around us much more intimately than a camera. The Patchogue Sketch Club Outings are open to everyone and there is no fee, unless the venue where we are sketching charges a fee for admission.

This Week's Sketch outing, moving to Monday evening
This week, we are moving our sketch outing to Monday, at the Roast Coffee and Tea Trading Company, 41 E Main Street in Patchogue, 7PM. It's open Mic night for poetry reading and we've been invited to come sketch and enjoy open Mic night. Bring your own chair, just in case....
